Duke’s Tech is all about my experiences with technology and social media. As a recently retired enterprise-level SaaS developer, I started working at
Microsoft right out of high school. I invented and developed the first web-based forum software called "WebBoard" in 1995. I'm a serial entrepreneur, having
created many successful web-based products and services. I know enterprise and consumer computing intimately. I love gadgets, photography, cars,
and social media. These days I keep busy hosting and producing a car show
, but deep down inside I'm still a geek. Here are my stories.

My wireless keyboard would often lose connection or experienced slow or lost keystrokes. And both my Magic Mouse and my Magic Trackpad would exhibit "drunken" behavior including slow or jumpy cursor movement as well as connection issues.
It got to the point where even though I ...

As you explore your options for broadcast, you will quickly find that each channel/network has different requirements. And, depending on their age and method of broadcast you may be ...

I'm probably dating myself a bit here, but if you're a fan of old computers and the terminal apps that ran on them, you should definitely check out this new Mac App which emulates them. It's unbelievably cool.
Gizmodo has a video you can watch to see it, or you can download the App from the developer's website and play with a free trial version.
